It's my firm belief that all programs that reintegrate ex-cons, rehabilitatory patients, asylum patients, and drop outs of every institution seem to employ their wards into the delivery mileiu.
Delivery men (and women, it seems equal opportunity to be full time idiots) irk me to no limit.
