Student sets new SMS texting speed record ...Communications

A student from Singapore has smashed the world record for sending a text message.
The record was originally held by James Trusler from England who managed to send a 160-character long message in 67 seconds.
Twenty three year old Kimberly Yeo has set a new world record by sending a 160-character long message in only 43 seconds.
The message they have to send, should you wish to try this yourselves, reads,
"The razor-toothed piranhas of the genera Serrasalmus and Pygocentrus are the most ferocious freshwater fish in the world. In reality they seldom attack a human."
Said to be very nervous before her record breaking attempt, Kimberly Yeo said,
"There are a lot of people, the contestants and everyone, so it's very pressurising."
For her efforts, Kimberly Yeo won $17,500 in the event sponsored by SingTel.
