[WARNING: Do not read if you've got a weak stomach or an overactive imagination.]
Gripping the white porcelain, she leaned into a bowl of vile stench. Maybe the acrid odor would help her expel the evil she had willingly imbibed, just a hour before. As predicted, she retched, her stomach convulsing violently in protest of the abuse she was forcing upon herself. Unfortunately, all that effort produced little product. She stared, balefully at the pitiful amount now floating in the stained toilet.
With difficulty, she crawled over to the sink and rose slowly. The face that stared back at her looked hideous. A moan escaped her dry, pale lips. It sounded inhuman. Carefully, she ran cold water to splash her face. Every drop that reached her skin seemed to burn through and pierce her temporal lobes, with sharp stabbing pains. She fell back to her old friend, the john.
No longer able to force retches, tentatively she reached inside her throat, but after years of gagging herself by toothbrush to thoroughly clean her tongue, it was of no avail. She would need an actual spoon to do the job properly. Spoon? Out there in the kitchen, where she might run into judging eyes.
Her head felt too heavy to hold up any longer. She leaned it against the seat that had welcomed so many other disgusting guests. My god, the smell was like Bon from junior high. Offensive, repulsive, and a constant reminder of how wrong and sick the world was. Still, to move away was dangerous. No telling when she might need to be here, and little chance she make it in time if she tried to go lie down.
Her arms were white and quivering from trying to hold the seat correctly. Her hair, once held back neatly, now hung in matted strips about her forehead. Her feet were dirty and blisters were forming quite efficiently. This was her idea of a good time.
